Question: What is the return policy?
At Cobi, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact our customer service team here within 30 days of delivery to request a refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Question: What is the exchange policy?
We offer exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date for any unopened boxes. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team via Live Chat or email us here.

Question: How do I create an account?
An account will be made for you upon the completion of your order, unless you request to checkout as a guest. If you wish to create an account, click the account icon on the top right corner of the page and select the "create an account" button.
